I've only ever seen the amount deduplicated for the last time Manual Deduplication ran. The details may be saved in a log. |

I am now running automatic deduplication on two separate boxes (both configured as DS3622xs , 1 an Intel i7 14700K cpu, 64GB ECC memory and 2x83TB volumes; the other an E3-1245v6 cpu, 32GB ECC memory and a single 83TB volume.
Any ideas on how I can measure the amount of deduplication that has been achieved by the automatic background deduplication running on each system? It seems that Storage Analyser is useless for this process as it is only able to handle a maximum of 5000 duplicate files and it does not consolidate files that should be deduplicated by the automatic dedup process.
