The plugin should manage public and private keys for Age, securely integrating them with encryption and decryption workflows. It should allow the op CLI to automatically populate key-related flags (e.g., --identity, --recipients) and streamline the encryption and decryption of files with minimal manual key handling.

Additional information
I already have a working implementation of this plugin. Initially, I was experimenting with the SDK and didn’t intend to create something release-worthy. However, the plugin turned out to be functional, so I’m creating this request for reference. This will help track the discussion and provide visibility for others interested in an Age plugin, especially if the plugin is denied for any reason.
