Give an Option to turn off the Captcha option.

In my case I don't need the Captcha for the New Members. How can I turn that OFF. There is no option to turn off the Captcha feature.

i found a way to reach such objetive, use simple captcha and also deactive the time limit with zero and that is all @amark720 cos new users must write message always.. simpel captcha mode is "write anhythnig"
