Error during placement #3

What happened:
The mcm is reporting error during placement.
What you expected to happen:
A machine to be created
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
unfortunately this issue is not reproducable reliably, but it happens very often in the last time when ordering machines. try to scale up and down machines to provoke this error
