Apworld download is just a link, not a github release with proper versioning

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The apworld for APDK64 is a link in the docs so it doesn't allow for versioning for async hosts and players. Also slight security risk if someone takes over the domain. This also led to major async hosts banning the game from their asyncs (see discussion starting here https://discord.com/channels/731205301247803413/1370923001557553192/1370930837314469980 ).

Have a repo with releases that are versioned for the apworld file.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Putting them directly on discord, idk, not really an alternative. A repo is just by far the best option for both users and devs imo.

Thanks for the suggestion. A repo would probably not be the best idea for our case because the apworld is effectively a subset of our main repo. We don't want to be duplicating our work, or causing confusion as to where people who want to contribute to AP should submit to

We'll be thinking over this to figure out what is best for our workflow whilst providing some form of version history
