Linking 3dti_AudioToolkit statically or dynamically with other software
(such as a library, module or application) is making a combined work based
on 3dti_AudioToolkit. Thus, the terms and conditions of the GNU General

If such software can only be used together with 3dti_AudioToolkit, then not
only the combined work but the software itself is a work derived from
3dti_AudioToolkit and as such shall be licensed under the terms of the GNU

may use this software as developed during the lifetime of the 3D Tune-In

development to University of Malaga and Imperial College London and this
software is appropriately acknowledged. This exception doesn't apply to the
