How can I export the correct local time in `ng_regulartimeseries` from the 3DCityDB using the Importer and Exporter?

In the 3DCityDB, the 'timestamp with time zone' in ng_regulartimeseries is stored as follows ('timeperiodprop_beginposition': '2023-01-01 00:00:00+01', 'timeperiodproper_endposition': '2024-01-01 00:00:00+01',) :

However, when I use the 3D City Database Importer/Exporter to export them, the timestamps change as follows :

Could you please advise on how I can preserve the correct local time output as it is stored in the database?

Timestamps are exported as UTC. This behaviour cannot be configured at the moment. The timestamp should still be correct and represent the time stored in the database.
