Problem:
The dimension of alignment stacks is 3456 x 3456 x 35, and the pixel size is 1.87Å (The process before tomogram reconstruction). The reconstructed tomogram has a large blank region along the y-axis. I have tried several different parameters, but this problem is still exit.
