Important note:
Both interfaces should be supported at the same time. The interface types should be selectable in config (such as: https://github.com/3mdeb/RteCtrl/blob/master/config/RteCtrl.cfg) and default to sysfs if not specified.

linux: enable obsolete GPIO_SYSFS

It's already obsolete interface, but we still rely on it, until we
switch to more modern gpiolib in:
3mdeb/RteCtrl#21
