Nickname error of LACK/UTIL/WRITER-STREAM

it seems the (asdf:register-system-packages "lack-util-writer-stream" '("LACK/UTIL/WRITER-STREAM")) should be changed to

lack.util.writer-stream

otherwise there will be a nickname error

same should be changed in the server.lisp source code
