cicd(latex): resources as a submodule

# Description 

The directory `resources` is used in each pedagogic subject in 42AI account. When there is changes applied to it we might forget to add them everywhere, thus creating futur problems.

I then advise the creation of a new repository dedicated to our ressources, which should be included to the other projects as a submodule
