Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
IRC privacy: set time limit for logs. After an administrator-set time limit, everything the bot said from IRC to elsewhere (such as matrix or discord/fosscord/spacebar, any/all other chat rooms) should be deleted in the non-IRC place(s).

Additional context
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
On original IRC (still mostly-used) there are no channel logs, only user logs, and often chatters don't want a long time of their message history to be public for various reasons (if certain people are there, or if the public/anonymous can come and see everything they ever said). An exception might be an IRCv3 server/network that has channel logs, but those are currently unusual/rare, and a fair number of IRC users dislike that new feature.

This is a supremely one-sided request considering things can not be deleted from IRC, in any form.

And I say this as someone who primarily uses IRC.

Perhaps it is one-sided, but nothing is saved on IRC (other than little-used IRCv3, which this issue isn't about)... servers don't save anything and user logs aren't 'IRC'... nothing is deleted from IRC because nothing is saved there in the first place (instance of something being vacuously true... like if someone made a claim UFOs don't do something on IRC, so some decision should be based on UFOs).

How do you delete it if someone bridged it to another IRC channel? Or to an email list even that publishes a daily digest? You can't undo sending out an email.
