Notch detection broken since v140

Notch: piece of hardware set inside the screen. The screen wraps around the sides of the ear speaker / sensors.

A forum user reports that since v140, his Android exports don't take his notch into account.
Before v140, a black bar would show at notch height (or not, depending on system settings). Now the games use the full screen and some content is hidden by the notch.

I think that's the same issue as for #4229.
I'm not sure it's a regression of GDevelop or just an evolution of browsers that we didn't take into account.

My gut feeling is that we should add a game property that defines the behavior. But maybe one would want to change the behavior with the notch with events. Not sure about that

A game property and event makes sense, as some games on mobile have an option for "true fullscreen" that you can toggle which basically ignores the notch if enabled (no bar) or just puts a bar up where the notch area is to avoid getting cut off if disabled..

Yep we need an option to avoid the notch (basically, read the "safe space" using CSS or JS, and resize/set margins around the game canvas). This option can probably be set/disabled from events, like most stuff.
Finally, if a game wants something more, they can just go fullscreen and do their own work to avoid (or take advantage of :)) the notch.

Oops, I found the proper term 'notch' while writing the bug report, and forgot to search for it here. Yes, that's the same issue, feel free to close/merge/...

I think we should "revert" to the black bars as a temporary solution, until we decide how it should be dealt with (game property/event) and implement it (and when I say "we", I mean "you coders" 😁.)
A game property would seem enough to me, but there will be people asking for how to change it via events, that's a given. 😅

From the little I understand of it, reverting to black bars should be done with a:
