We recently saw that the functionality that's offered by the stock @history endpoint exposes a revert mechanism that works differently from what we implemented in browser view that's used in the classic UI, and leads to undesirable results.

We should therefore check whether there's other REST API endpoints that expose functionality that we're don't want to offer.
