Same notification popping up several times

Description

If the safe you own has a tx that is not fully signed, as soon as you enter a notification will pop up letting you know.
The issue is that the notification keeps popping up even after you already seen it

Environment

• Browser: Chrome
• Wallet: MetaMask
• Chain: Rinkeby
• Env: Dev

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a safe 2/x and 2 owners to test
2. With the first owner create a tx. it goes to queue waiting for the 2nd owner
3. Go to the welcome page
4. Login with the 2nd owner
5. Go to the safe, the notification of "you have a tx to sign" will pop up
6. Sign the tx

Expected result

A new message asking you to sign in your wallet pops up and nothing more

Obtained result

The notification of "there is a tx to sign" pops up again along with the notification of "sign in your wallet"
