  • Look into how nistats handles automated BIDS ds ingestion & do that
  • Is pyBIDS still a thing?
    Output
  • route all output to derivatives/IDConn
  • can I have subdirectories in IDConn/?
  • should derived stats and wrangled data go in a separate output folder, too?
