touch drag or mouse drag is not working

On touch drag and mouse drag the focus goes back to first item instead to the next item. If i want to display the number of items in decimal. for ex. :responsive="{0:{items:2.5,nav:false}, 768: {items: 3, nav: false}, 1200:{items: 4, dots: false}}"
