Release new version with WOMBAT fix

Once ACCESS-NRI/MOM5#35 is closed, we should release a new version of ACCESS-ESM1.5 that includes that fix.

The fix is now merged. Shall we do a release? @blimlim, @aidanheerdegen are there other updates we want to make?

Happy to do a release! The only other upcoming changes are the amip configuration, though that's waiting on a couple of other changes and doesn't have to be bundled in at the same time.

Does that require a new ACCESS-ESM1.5 release or just a configuration release?

I just remembered to test out some quick changes to the CICE4 error reporting in ESM1.5. If it looks ok should we include it in the same release?
