WOMBATlite: zeroing the floor of the BGC tracers #5
Description
Can we follow the example of BLING and COBALT and only zero the floor of the BGC tracers used in the calculations of sources and sinks, but not overwrite the prognostic array to have a zero floor, thus allowing some BGC tracers to go negative. This is useful for understanding if there are errors in our code.
