• Decide date to freeze Hive development branch (Monday 28th?)
• Decide launch date of Hive (Tuesday 29th?)
• Decide where to put Workshop training material on the Hive
• Problem with adding training material after freezing the Development branch
• Team leads prefer Hard not Soft launch on Tues 29th August! (i.e. Announce on NRI website)
• New Images
• Discuss the contribution methods to the hive (how to make PRs specifically)? Contribute by making a fork of the repo or becoming a member of the org?
• ACCESS-Hive website vs ACCESS-NRI website

Discussion Notes

SOFT LAUNCH and HARD LAUNCH FOR HIVE

• Could just go straight on the hard launch and releasing it in the newsletter.
• For the tagline of Hive, we have collated all the useful resources on the hive for running models and other content relevant to the ACCESS community.
• Hive is a starting point for all users and we would be able to add more and more things related to ACCESS-NRI or information for and from the community, that users might find useful.
• ACCESS-Hive new launch should mention the new aspects included in the hive page - improved UI and navigation, updated the content to be more easier to follow.
• ACCESS-NRI workshop could point to the new easier to follow guides of how to run the configurations, and the user support scheme should be really clear and should appear as an improvement for the Hive page.
