I've added 3 regridding examples from the CMS blog to the computations page, in the "Horizontal regridding" section.
NB that two of the examples are connected and they show how to use pyproj to regard between different coordinate systems, which is slightly a different use case. Potentially we could add a section on this topic (if anyone has more to add) and then move the examples there.
