Possibly related to #71, where should people come for local problems with dask? Should we encourage people to open issues here and share code snippets, or...?
I know there are bigger communities like Pangeo and Dask, but when you're specifically having problems with running dask on NCI, where is a good place to ask for debugging help? Should we offer that here in addition to the book?
