Files under "computations" section that aren't in table of contents

It appears that there are separate files on chunking and analysis on the time dimension in the /computations folder, but they have not been added to the book's table of contents.

@paolap It looks like you added these files to the book - should these be added to the toc file? Apologies if I'm misremembering why these files exist, but on first glance they look good, and I think we should add them to the toc so they are in the book! If you agree, I'll add them in some updates I just started to the data analysis section (to address #82) .

After discussing with @paolap, I realized that the content of these pages was integrated into existing pages, so these do not need to be added in to the table of contents.
