Repro steps.

unsure, after a while it starts happening and people have to relog to be seen and sometimes to see others. If someone has a reliable way to reproduce it that would be excellent.

the game and the server aren't exhibiting any additional information AFAIK

sometimes i can see a player but they can't see me, or vice versa.
invisible player doesn't appear on radar either

I can also attest to this issue, experienced it in congested areas, i.e., Leg Chests in Arwic as well as Mansion front lawn.
