Summary Stats #1201
Description
Currently the summary summary stats component that plots images of averaged (typically mean) statistics across the grains found within an image(s) is broken and is typically disabled by users.
It would be useful to have this working again.
Module : topostats/plotting.py
Class : TopoSum
These should work with the newly implemented TopoStats object and sub-classes, pulling the necessary data out (see related issue #1200).
NodeStats and subsequent class refactoring is a work in progress but I don't think currently that there is much data from these steps that is plotted summarised but we can certainly extended support to include summarising this information.
