❓ Question

Hello Suraj!

Is it possible to share the pretrained model (that is trained after the 11,467 lesion data and before the HarvardRT dataset)? (Model weights in the a section from figure 1) from the Nature paper? Thank you so much!

Hi @PaulShiLi

All our pre-trained models are publicly available. You can access them through huggingface: https://huggingface.co/surajpaib/FMCIB/tree/main/models/pretrained/fmcib

Or even simpler, you can use the API here to obtained the model with weights loaded already: https://aim-harvard.github.io/foundation-cancer-image-biomarker/getting-started/quick-start/

You can refer to the "Fine-tuning the Foundation Model" section if you want to load the model and use it for your own purposes
