Missing Various Files

There are various import errors and various files like UNetTrainer is missing could u please verify if it is the updated codebase or not ?

@lusunn111 i solved it by preprocessing from toothfairy2benchmark and than using the original nnunet or various other models

Thanks for your earlier reply in the issue thread. I followed your suggestion and used the preprocessing method from toothfairy2benchmark. I also placed the official UNetTrainer.py into the corresponding directory.

However, I'm now encountering an issue with data_augmentation_moreDA.py. Specifically, the following import lines are causing package conflicts:

from batchgenerators.transforms import DataChannelSelectionTransform, SegChannelSelectionTransform, SpatialTransform, GammaTransform, MirrorTransform, Compose
from batchgenerators.dataloading.nondet_multi_threaded_augmenter import NonDetMultiThreadedAugmenter

Did you experience this problem as well? Or did you run the trainer entirely within the official nnUNet framework after preprocessing?

Even after I tried resolving the package conflict, I still ran into a number of other issues—making it difficult to run things smoothly.
Just wanted to check whether you successfully trained the model this way, and if so, how you set things up?

@lusunn111 i trained it on entire official nnunet since there are multiple parts they changes and i also verified it with paper i reached the same dice score they mentioned so i suggest use the original nnunet for it get the nnunet preproccess from toothfairy benchmark train entirely on nnunet official code

Could you please clarify whether nnunetv2 should be installed in the official code directory of nnunet or within the directory of this project? I also encountered this problem. The nnunetv2 installation in the current project directory states that "nnUNetTrainer.py" is missing, while the installation in the official nnunet directory indicates that "nnUNetTrainerUMambaBot" is missing.
