Nothing happens when mounting drive

pISO boots up fine and the UI operates as it should but when creating a drive, and mounting it, the pISO shows the little square next to the drive but nothing happens on the computer/ Ive tried 2 macs and 1 PC, none of the machines recognize the drive.

I tried on 3 different pi Zero W units, all work perfectly fine for every other project.

ok i compared my unit to the pics on the website, Mine is missing 2 GPIO pins.
