Implement Darwin sandbox step

## Overview

Now that we have a more "extensible" way to run steps in Vorpal we need to setup a step to support scripts run in Darwin sandboxed environments. We already know `sandbox-exec` is the way to go so the configuration just needs to be added to the SDK library.
