Multi-CPU support

Hey,

We are about to purchase some hardware and wanted to check what the support for multiple CPU's is like? If I understand correctly, the encryption is based on a key inside the CPU. Would a guest be able to run with access to two CPU's or is it limited to one guest per CPU?
