PeleMP-Bad injection particle

Hello!
When I use a 2D axisymmetric model to calculate a spray case, as shown in the attached figure, I encounter this error message at a certain step of the calculation:

amrex::Abort::0::Bad injection particle !!!

May I ask what caused this issue? Thank you very much!

Particles are not supported in 2D axisymmetric (they'd be weird rings, expanding in radius as they moved horizontally. You need to be in Cartesian geometry for this to make any sense.
