ARGA UI: new feature: search bar for universal page header #118
Description
Task requirements:
- add a plain search bar to the page header to enable searching from any page within ARGA App
- search bar should function identically to main home page search bar
- on enter, navigation to Search Results page
Extended elements:
- syntax tooltips for Tantivy
- autosuggest from previous entries
