Improve SDS-Check utility

For some conversions it is important to know timestamp so it would be good for SDS-Check utility to output starting and ending timestamp, as well as total recording time.

Also, we should improve robustness of the SDS-Check utility.
For example if sds recorded file size is 0 (for whatever reason) currently SDS-Check crashes as shown on screenshot below:
