Create Examples with Alif

Create a new Branch on https://github.com/Arm-Examples/sds-examples, i.e. with name SDS2

• add folder Alif/DevKit and deploy SDS RefApp using Ethernet interface

  • create README with instructions how to use the example

• add folder Alif/AppKit and deploy SDS RefApp using USB interface

  • create README with instructions how to use the example

these have been created here https://github.com/Arm-Examples/SDS-Examples/tree/SDS2 .

Currently, only DataTest is functional.
AlgorithmTest has not been implemented in these examples yet,

READMEs could be improved.
