Broken mirror for Cachyos pacman while trying get and install Automatic1111 for using stable diffusion

I am having difficulty getting automatic1111 to work/download on cachyos.

I followed the archlinux guide on this page for AMD GPUS: https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui/wiki/Install-and-Run-on-AMD-GPUs#install-on-amd-and-arch-linux

I entered this command from Root: sudo pacman -S python-pytorch-rocm

However I keep getting an error message when running it:
