Adjust database to save and return checkpoint properties

Background

Database part of the checkpoint properties.

Feature

• create table for checkpoint properties
• enhance checkpoint saving function to accept checkpoint properties (input parameter probably hstore)
• enhance checkpoint returning functions to return checkpoint properties

Don't yet implement

DB functions to get checkpoints base on properties.
