Wrong app tracked when first opening app MacOS

macOS 12.5.1, ActivityWatch v0.12.1

When an app is opened for the first time (i.e., quit, then reopened), it is not tracked. Instead, it continues as the previous window, at least as shown by the timeline.

Close any app. Then reopen it. See that until switching away and then switching back, the wrong app is tracked.

I can't reproduce this issue on MacOS 12.6.6 with ActivityWatch v0.12.3b4 (rust).

Could you please upgrade to the latest beta (v0.12.3b4 — if you are using a rust server, v0.12.3b3 — if you are using a normal = Python server) and confirm that this bug occurs there?
