Add graphics

1. cmd line output: Highlight bases in alignment with detected RIP
2. Output figures:

• Alignment with coloured bases for RIP positions
• RIPCAL style graph or histogram showing CpA -> TpA and all other deamination events

Take deRIP Class object and generate:

• Colour Masked align (keep bases, highlight RIP affected bases.
• Highlight substrate/product columns
• Stranded RIP histograms (show C-->T or G-->A on diff strands)
