Adguard Home and Upstream DNS with other countries

I have Adguard Home installed on a VPS server in the Netherlands, if I use my DOH from my server in another country, then in DNSleak it still writes the country of the Netherlands (not the one I'm in now).

Is this normal or is there some settings that will help to use Upstream DNS servers of those countries I am in? Or can Adguard Home be used only locally on my server at home (to get the nearest DNS servers)?

It will give you the country where the DNS request is being processed

The question is: Why is it that when I am in another country or using a VPN, it shows the nearest DNS server by location? But if I use Adguard Home on my VPS, it still uses the country where Adguard Home is installed, in my case the Netherlands, and it does not change. It turns out that using a paid DNS or free DNS is better in terms of speed than Adguard Home on the server....

....because it's the country where you have AGH physically installed/located.
