The list you are using is not in AGH format

AdGuard Home understands basic adblock rules and hosts files syntax.

This rules is very simple that dnscrypt-proxy is also understands.

Yes. But it's blocking any domain that ends in "ads.*" - therefore downloads.openwrt.com is blocked.

The list you are using is a wildcard blocklist, not meant for AGH usage.
