Yle Areena fails to play geolocked videos with the Finland Helsinki server.

Windows 11 24H2, with all regular updates through April 2025 that I know of.

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set AdGuard VPN to "Finland - Helsinki".
2. Go to https://arenan.yle.fi/1-68185857
3. Click on "▷ Starta" in the upper left.
4. The video player is stuck on a black screen at 0:00, and never gets past that point.

Expected Behavior

The video player starts and plays the episode.

Actual Behavior

The video player is stuck on a black screen with its timer stuck at 0:00, and never gets past that point.

Keeping the F12 console open when launching the video player shows https://yleawsmpondemand-03.akamaized.net/vod/finland/846acc3fe30a48ffaaa96cdf5a2798c5/a8f702fdc8e7449cae194919044a34ee/d5fb3a697dbb4efda98a6aea7cb21fe7/index.m3u8?hdnts=exp=1747062081~acl=/vod/finland/846acc3fe30a48ffaaa96cdf5a2798c5/a8f702fdc8e7449cae194919044a34ee/*~hmac=afef4ced8776c16308cb2869db6b98d0b4203213869a2d5307a41825a0b8810e with a HTML 403 (Forbidden) error code, so it may plausibly be that it's Akamaized that needs to be fixed for that Helsinki server.

For testers who are more comfortable with Finnish text than Swedish, the URL in step 2 can be substituted by https://areena.yle.fi/1-68185857 instead.
