Issue Details
On certain websites the manual element blocking popup doesn't include the "Preview" or "Block" button so you can't create a rule. I suspect that it's windows and/or chrome's security but I can't tell for sure.

I expect the manual element blocking popup to include the "Preview" or "Block" button so you can create a rule.

I turned off my user rules to see if that was the problem but it didn't help.
