The filtering log window fails to save its size and position when closed with a non-default page zoom. If the window is resized or moved while the page is zoomed, its new state is lost upon reopening. This behavior does not occur at the default 100% zoom level.

🔢 Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the filtering log.
2. Zoom in on the page content (e.g., using Ctrl + + or Cmd + +).
3. Adjust the window's size and position.
4. Close the filtering log window.
5. Reopen the filtering log.

💥 Actual Result

The window reopens at a different position and size, not the state it was in when closed with zoom applied.

✅ Expected Result

The filtering log window should always reopen at the exact same position and with the same dimensions it had before being closed, regardless of the page's zoom level.
