Computer freezing lag on maproulette.org #132
Description
When completing tasks on maproulette.org the Adguard browser extension freezes. Occurs specifically when ways or nodes in the embedded RapId editor are highlighted.
Rapideditor.org not affected.
If I continue for an extended period eg 30 minutes it can freeze the whole computer.
Occurs whether the extension is "Enabled on this website" or not.

Reproduced on Chrome 138.0.7204.158, Edge 131.0.2903.86, and Firefox 140.0.4.
Reproduced on separate Windows 10 device with Adguard 7.14 .
