It is impossible to enable protection for subdomain of allowlisted domain through the popup

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add google.com to Allowlist
2. Go to https://news.google.com/
3. Open the popup, open the filtering log and click the protection switch

Actual Behavior

All requests in the filtering log are allowed and the protection is paused on the website even though we turned the switch on.
