AdGuard says everything is up to date and there are no updates needed.
If I've already been added to the block list due to an easylist glitch, is there any way to do it other than unblocking it manually?

You can override the filter causing the breakage using ||discord.com^$badfilter.
And, I opened a PR to prevent a network filter blocking Discord domain: #1097
