Since there are many functions available in AGTree, we may can add a CLI at some point.

Here are some examples of what it can do:

show rule AST / check rule syntax via CLI
converting filter lists
serialize filter list to binary file / de-serialize it from binary file
exporting domains from filter list
displaying various statistics about the rules
various compatibility checks
show compatibility tables in the console
export filter lists metadata
verify checksum
