When authenticating through the Asset Selector, we’re redirected to the client’s SSO, but the login fails with the message: “Cannot find Adobe ID.”
However, connecting directly to the AEM author instance using the same SSO works fine.
Additionally, authentication through the Asset Selector using an administrative login works as expected.
It appears that opening the browser outside of Microsoft Office breaks the authentication flow.
Is there any additional configuration required to support SSO authentication in this context?
