ACS Commons system notification page editor UI is broken

Expected Behavior
The ACS-Commons system notification page editor UI should not be broken and we should be able to setup notifications properly

Actual Behavior
System notification page editor UI is broken and CSS styles are not applying properly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to http://localhost:4502/acs-commons.html/etc/acs-commons/notifications
2. Create a system notification page using acs commons System Notification page template
3. Select the created notification page and click on edit
4. Observe the editor page UI is broken

The issue can be resolved by updating the class name in the HTML. Currently, the body tag uses the incorrect class name "coral-light" instead of the correct Coral UI class "coral--light". This update should be made in the following file: /apps/acs-commons/components/utilities/system-notifications/system-notifications.html
