b-cdn.net as "root" domain shouldn't be blocked #96

b-cdn.net itself is a generic domain for CDN content powering 1+ million websites.
While individual subdomains may be blocked (due to e.g. being ads or similar), the full root domain should not be blocked, since it affects a lot more things than what the blocklist is intended for.
